Privacy Policy

Helm Hospitality (“Helm,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a trade name of TAS Technologies LLC, a company registered in Egypt with its office at 5 El Somal Street, Korba, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. We operate the website at helmhospitality.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why, and your rights. We keep our data practices deliberately minimal.

1. What we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us through our contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company / organization (optional)
• Your inquiry type and message

We do not ask you to create an account, and we never sell or rent your personal data.

2. Information collected automatically

The Site is a static website. It does not set its own cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. However:

• Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches these fonts, your IP address is shared with Google as the provider. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may record standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.

3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it. Our legal basis is your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not use your contact-form data for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

4. Who processes your data

We use trusted third parties only to run the Site and deliver your messages:

• Web3Forms — processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — serves the website’s fonts (see section 2).
• Our hosting provider — hosts the Site.

We don’t share your data with anyone else except where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Our processors (such as Web3Forms and Google) may run servers outside Egypt and outside your country, so your information may be transferred and processed abroad. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it is handled.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward — 24 months — after which we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and, for EU/EEA visitors, the GDPR — you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw your consent at any time

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption across the Site — to protect your data. No internet transmission is ever 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.

9. Children

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
